Telecommunications Engineer (1989) and Ph. D. in Teleccommunications Engineering (1995) from UPM.
He has participated in several projects within the framework of European and Spanish R&D programs.
His current research interests include the design and analysis of wireless and mobile networks and services.
He is author or more than 50 technical papers.
Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), and the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación (COIT).
