Short bio

PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) since 2004, he is an Associate Professor at the Department of Telematic Systems Engineering, UPM, since 2008. He has participated in multiple research projects in collaboration with several companies and universities, both at national and European level, and is the author of numerous scientific articles published in journals and conferences. His most recent research activities are focused on multimedia distribution, software defined networks, and network virtualization.
