ITEA MOSIS (2009-2010)

ITEA MOSIS (Model-driven development of highly configurable embedded Software-intensive Systems) project goals are:

  • The standardized MoSiS language for modelling and management of variability.
  • Best-practice processes for model-driven development of MoSiS-systems.
  • Tool prototypes, mostly open source, which support the MoSiS language and the MoSiS processes.

7FP ICT ROMULUS (2008-2009)

7FP ICT ROMULUS (Domain Driven Design and Mashup Oriented Development based on Open Source Java Metaframework for Pragmatic, Reliable and Secure Web Development) project goals are the following:

  • Improve Java web development productivity, reliability and security.
  • Provide methods and tools for Domain Driven Design based on a metaframework.
  • Integrate mashups in the development cycle, including data, enterprise, web services and portal mashups.
  • Extend domain description with soft goals and provide automatic generation of functional, load and security tests.
  • Provide bias for seamless balance of server, client and scripting technologies.

CENIT ITECBAN (2005-2009)

The goal of the CENIT ITECBAN (Technical and Methodological Infrastructure for Core-Banking Support) project is the development of technological and methodological platform for supporting bank business management systems.

ITEA SERIOUS (2005-2008)

The ITEA SERIOUS (Software Evolution, Refactoring, Improvement of Operational & Usable Systems) project aims at the break-through of turning the current practice of handcrafted evolution to a methodologically sound techniques supported by industry-adoptable tools including corresponding development processes for the evolution of operational software-intensive systems. Issues:

  • Techniques, tools and models to improve quality aspects related to software evolution.
  • Processes and methods to improve the software development models in industry.
  • Identification, definition and embedding of software evolution related quality aspects.

ITEA OSIRIS (2005-2008)

The ITEA OSIRIS project had born with the main objective of building an across-domain open source service platform that will provide support for services provisioning, aggregation, delivery, dynamic adaptation to the context and lifecycle management. está centrado en la incorporación del uso de contenidos en alta definición (HD) para el hogar. Para ello, se usarán los metadatos de objetos MPEG4 para TV, en el contexto de una fuente de contenidos educativos via web.

ITEA PASSEPARTOUT (2005-2007)

The ITEA PASSEPARTOUT project is focused on bringing the use of scalable HD content into the lives of a family that is able to exploit the advantages of MPEG4 object oriented TV with metadata, in the context of a deep source of background content available for education via the web.

ITEA OSMOSE (2003-2005)

The overall technical goal of the ITEA OSMOSE (Open Source Middleware for Open Systems in Europe) project is focused on the development, enhancement, and validation in defined test-beds of a comprehensive adaptable Open Source middleware to be hosted by the ObjectWeb consortium.
